In dilemma right now, I received 70% loan approval for SL2 due to its my 3rd property.. I have to topup 16% or about RM300k. Not sure whether it will be worthwhile to do that.
I do like the house and the location though. Any opinion? |

If you are working nearby, then it is good. But if you are working in KL or some other places, u need to consider MeX jam and other highway as it could beat the purpose and creating more stress for you. So not sure which angle you are looking at.. the quality of the house, staying in cyberjaya or the housing area being inidividual tittle itself. |
