In dilemma right now, I received 70% loan approval for SL2 due to its my 3rd property.. I have to topup 16% or about RM300k. Not sure whether it will be worthwhile to do that.

I do like the house and the location though. Any opinion?

I was in a similar dilemma. I ended up taking up a 90% loan as I managed to clear the 1st HL. What it does is, it frees up my space to take up a 90% loan and I don't have to fork out extra cash but my monthly installment goes up to which I think is manageable as it is a long term and I should be able to reassess my situation over the long term period.

Which unit are you going for?

Which unit is it? Park homes or lake homes?
It all depends on your needs. If you are working nearby, then it is good. But if you are working in KL or some other places, u need to consider MeX jam and other highway as it could beat the purpose and creating more stress for you.

So not sure which angle you are looking at.. the quality of the house, staying in cyberjaya or the housing area being inidividual tittle itself.

This is a possible solution for me. Clear existing loan and apply again for 90% loan. thanks.

Take je....I myself only took 70% loan and the rest rebate + cash coz this since this is my 9th prop. Initially bought because have a plan to move to Cyberjaya since Im running my business there and penat everyday 100KM pegi balik keje from my current place.

but even SL2 complete in 2025 nanti still havent decide should we move there or not mainly due to SK Cyberjaya overcapacity issue. doh.gif doh.gif

macam forever comfortable at Damansara and make SL2 weekend house kot.

Fuhh...9th house..this is good..congrats man...

Damansara and Cyberjaya cannot be compared. I guess it depends on what you are looking for; easy access to and from school, work, after work activites, weekend activities, price of the house vs what you get and many more..

From what i have compared, SL2 pricing is very competitive and better than other semiD houses..
