Showhouse start to open back
SOP for Gallery Visitation 1. 10am to 5pm 2. by appointment basis (including SPA Signing), no walk in 3. Must wear mask 4. Must complete full vaccine (after 14 days for Pfizer, AZ & Sanovic, after 28 days for J&J & CanSino) 5. Update MySejahtera profile to date 6. Scan MySejahtera & Gallery QR code 7. Take temperature 8. 1 meter social distancing 9. No kids allowed 10. Phase 3 soft launching!
Last phase and the nearest to the lake. SemiD units direct facing the lake Got 4 types: 1) terrace 2 sty 22x70, 2546sq ft 2) superlink 2 sty 26x70, 3003 sq ft 3) SemiD 2 sty 38x80, 3201sq ft 4) SemiD 2.5 sty 40x80, 3810sq ft. I'm not sure if the buyers of Sejati are aware of this. The elevation of the houses are actually below the main road level. I also only noticed this the 2nd time visiting the site, somehow, the developer was able to hide it using fences to block the perimeter up. This is a BIG NO to me because I won't accept houses below road level. One is "feng shui", and the other is pollutants and dust which is not so good for health. Just thinking to warn forumers of this point because the sales agent and the developer didn't mention this to us. Luckily we drove through the site twice and then only we noticed it. Basically, your ground floor is beneath the road. Only the 1st floor is at the main road level. Take note guys. Spongebob roundpants liked this post

It's pretty obvious if you visited the showroom, I guess most buyers are aware of this.
I'm hv no concern on this actually as long as it's above sea level. |
