Yes it never got away , u just need to find out what you did last time / or any specific event happen that cause it's to go away. Or the fastest way take antidepression pills.

It gets better but not if you just leave it untreated obviously.

See a psychologist if you don't want to take drugs. Talking to a qualified mental health professional like a psychologist can do wonders.

Take care but it does get better if you take the necessary steps.

I read from internet. Its causes by your brain health. It's physical sick rather than mentally sick. So you might just lack of some kind of vitamin and so. Just my guess.. Hmm

No it doesn't go away,

if you can cure mental illness, it won't be an issue to start of with, would be like the flu

There is no such thing as depression or mental illness. But i do hear of bad attitude. I got a nephew who claim he has depression and cannot face life. I give him a good whacking and pull him out fron college after one day he became a happier man. Whenever someone tell you he or she has depression, don't give in to it, just ignore them and scold them

Wahhh this one confirm dysfunctional family. I see a family history of abuse and trauma.

Lol can't believe how in this day and age someone can sound so arrogant about being so ignorant

It often isn't. Depression in essence is an imbalance of neurochemicals, if you can restore this balance through drugs, therapy etc. you can cure depression (at least temporarily).

Can. Mind over matter.

A close friend manage to beat it by sheer willpower. You need to want to get better. And when you do, try and stay away from trigger sources/manage yourself so that you don't slip back into it.

I guess yes, you can't be depressed when you're sleeping or happy.

Just stay happy or sleep all the time and you won't be depressed.

I think money is always a factor in depression. Motivate yourself to earn more money and spend yourself out of depression ....

Well no specific ways. I tried to change job, and go solo backpacking just to kill time and distract myself abit from depression. But once back to reality, depression sank in again. I some how recovered without myself realizing also. When I finally managed to let go something (realization), then it will go away by it self.

No specific time but for me is about 2 years. In the process I ruin my career at that time, and spend a lot of money to travel. Just need to hang in there, make initiatives to see new things, make new friends and when your attention suddenly switched, then you will eventually forget about depression. Key word is hang in there, believe that sadness will somehow be over, make new friends.
