What supplements/cream/products etc to remove belly fat?
I've an extended belly...not very big but still don't like it...
Cardio exercise need how long per day?

eat clean, watch your calories, lift weights, cardio.

No sugar, no sweets. Go all black. Track those calories. Burn more than you eat.

aim for body fat less than 10% to get that abs

if you wanna invest money, go invest on personal trainers, training gears and time better.

there are no shortcuts in this world.

I m now also wan to reduce belly fat and overall weight. Last time I try this, no diet except morning self brend fresh green apel + celery + orange + carret + few slide of lemon. And every morning walking for half an hour. 2 weeks cut 2kg. Good?

Sadly there is no special trick to do spot fat loss. Just need to lose overall body fat percentage, and will eventually you will see the result

fat cell cannot go away.. but you may shrink it...

the point is , fat is energy storage.. the more food you consume the more fat its store.. and once body needed energy.. they will tap from fat cell..

bottom line.. be mindful and less eat will help you slim.. all you need is discipline
no prescription drugs and medication needed...

Sprint 1 minutes rest 1and half minutes
Continue until hitting 30 minute mark
Drop the sugar and cars like rice
Confirm see result in 2 months

Just cut down carbs and oil food if u want to remove belly. If u want six pack, then do sit ups on top of the diet.

Actually how bodybuilder has six pack mainly because they body fat is very low, and with Abit of sit up, six pack can been easily

You can walk at high speed as long as your BP raises to 150 which is fat burning region. Usually do cardio on an empty stomach for about 45 minutes or 20 minutes for high intensity cardio (Swimming/Sprinting).

Lift more weights to increase your BMR. The more muscles you have the more calories you burn. The fat burning will continue for the next 24/36 hours depending on your body. 30 sets/day is fine.

Food is one thing, but you need to pair it with exercise to make it work.

This workout seems to be the current trend, pretty straight forward except maybe the 10km part

100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
10km run

You cannot just remove belly fat. You have to reduce your overall fat. Exercise alone is not enough to reduce body fat. Your diet also have to be low carb, low fat, low sugar.

i tried this, feels like im going to die. this is where i learn to channel my hatred and dissatisfaction for a better use

i give up a week after. start slow with 2km run 30 pushup etc

Stop eating process food, sugar and high carb food. Great if couple with occasional intermittent fasting. Exercise is optional.

I reduced my sugar and rice intake without doing any intensive exercise, it seems to work.

My only exercise is walking.

Every body adapts to different regimes. Some have good genetics and can stay lean all year long. Some has leaner skeletal build. Dieting and working out is not a 50/50, instead it is 100% for both respectively. Both, however, will put you out of your comfort zone. If you are purely on losing fats and not building muscles, it will be
really easy. Just have to eat proper and do some cardio. Cardio doesn't have to be long, unless you want to achieve a marathon runner's body.

there is no such thing as target fat loss.
u exercise + diet (30:70), & u gradually lose fats from all over the body parts.

belly o no belly, how well shaped or big ur muscle is, that is all determined & limited by.
those incredible body u see on9 r either the lucky minority wit good genes or use drug supplement.
ie, growth hormone is a must used substances in body building competition.
they just make sure they hav enough buffer time to flush the drug out of their system b4 official competition.
