Still can? I thought the code was introduced when Total Plan is introduced. Later on, they don't want to use that and instead they ask subscribers who want to convert to give a call to CS to verify if they're registered.

i just got one question .. i just 've registered my hotlink no ..but they didnt ask for my mykad when i register ..and i found out that some error on my name spelling , but already sucefully registered when i checked with 22555 .. what should i do ?

i think u can walk into one of maxis's center and ask them to rectify the spelling..im sure they're able to do that biggrin.gif

Oh, ic. Thanx. Successfully changed to Total Plan already. Right now video calls are free for Total Plan, right? Or is it only valid for new total plan simpack?

Why do I get "Perkhidmatan ini tidak disediakan" if I press *108*8#?

BTW If I Press *100#. .. up there says EasyMenu... hwo bout you guys?

How do I change the language in the *100# menu? When I activated my hotlink number, it asked me to pick. I chose english.

However, the easy menu thingy is still in bahasa sweat.gif

How can I make a serious complaint to Maxis management about prepaid 3G customer sevice? Email to address at website bounces, calls to 1-300 don't produce what they promised, etc... Starting to cost cash!

Is there an effective working e-ddress or phone number to use? Name and title?

I'm going to Singapore next week. Do I need to activate roaming? I can't find much info from the hotlink site. I'm using prepaid. Thanks. smile.gif

u can access ur roaming by going into the easymenu [*100#] and select roaming and the country..but for me i dont care and it automatically changes to whatever network in that country biggrin.gif
