not 122, i call 1300820120 coz before i used sms plan..to change to total plan they said v need to call maxis center..then i call n they ask me aredy registered or not..da operator ask me my number, ic number oso..maybe for comfirmation dat me as the owner of da number..then he give me da code to change to total plan..

For converting to Total Plan from old plans, you have no choice but instead to give the Hotlink CS a call.

hmmm.mayb now cant call 122 de coz last time i keep change plan after each top up by call 122.from sms to talk n from talk to sms without any prob

It's confirmed that you can't switch between Talk and SMS plans using 122. That option has been removed.

The only way you can switch is by dialling the special. Regarding the switching charge, I'm not so sure about this as I couldn't find relevant information from the site.

when i migrate to total plan after dial maxis center..no charge for dats..but operator told me dat after use total plan..v cannot migrate back to old plan(sms n talk plan) anymore

It has been stated clearly that once you have converted to Total Plan, you can't revert back to the old plans.

Supposingly the conversion fee should be free as they're promoting more old subscribers to convert to Total Plan.

If he is still using that maxis(activ5) number in overseas, you will be charged the same - 1cent or 5cents (talk plan).....but he will be charged for roaming (depends on the roaming telco)

i called the cs and she said im on total plan. i just bought the number so i think for those who just bought a new sim card u no need convert to total plan.

oh yeah....just noticed that also laugh.gif charged me 1cent for sending a sms to my fren overseas...not bad wor i tot it would be like rm1 or smth sweat.gif ur sure about the roaming part? blink.gif
