Hello, I need a laptop as a future engineering student. My budget is around 3k-4k, Im wondering if i should wait for ryzen 4000? Have no requirement for weight and battery but prefer longer lasting battery and have usb c charging so i can charge with powerbank  tongue.gif .
Prefer 14' laptop also cuz dont like too small screen

Gonna be playing games(League of Legends) rarely and am willing to play at lowest resolution. Thank you sifus

Looking for a new laptop for daily regular use

1. Budget : 2-3k
2. Usage : web browsing, word processing, handling emails, playing videos
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) :
Looking for something light and portable, around 1.2 to 1.4kg, screen size around 13 to 14 inches
With a battery life around 6 to 8 hours

Saw Dell Vostro 3951 and ThinkPad x395, just wondering if there's anything slightly lower in price

1. Budget : Around 2.5k, can stretch a bit.
2. Usage : office, web browsing, entertainment, 4K videos (connect to tv)
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) : size 15.6", longer battery life is better, but mosty will use at home only. prefer i5 latest gen (is it good?). looking for lower mid-range future proof.

i did look this model, is it a good laptop?

HP Pavilion 15-Cs3069TX

any other options similar to this model?

thanks

16mb ram
Ryzen 5

1. Budget :
Please recommend to me mid-range and high-range stuff

2. Usage :
- Heavy on graphics
- Audio mixing
- Coding and programming
- Some video editing
- Occasional gaming on the side

3. Requirements :
- Best if the CPU and GPU can take the constant stress well
- Removable battery if possible (pretty sure newer models are all built in nowadays)

Kindly provide a max price, 'mid range' and 'high range' are too vague

Any preferences on weight and battery life?

I can top 5k-7k, if it clarifies. Anything close to 10k is like 'premium' grade stuff already if I am not mistaken.

No to both, I'll have it plugged in mostly and a heavier laptop is not much of an issue to me.

Acer predator triton 500/700.
Beast laptops.
Not sure whether the battery is removable.
It would be more than capable to perform your stated usages.
