there are 3 "levels"
500,1000, 1200... these numbers represent the smoothness of the surfacer..
500 is rough, 1000, is smooth, 1200 is very smooth..
usually everyone uses 1000

so far, i use industrial spray cans, my paint is smooth.
i'm not trying to brag here k... but i really get the results which is nice

i havnt tried those metalic or gold yet from industrial spray cans la
but i'm using nippon coz there's a variety of colors which i really like... ltr i'm gonna try aluminum color..

u must have flw danny choo's style... tat style very waste time and money...

not very sure but i've heard from others b4.. u nid to apply a few layers of something then polish it bla bla... to make it really shining.. like those ppl who build car model kits, same process like them to make the car shiny n polish

UV cut also not suitable wiv acrylic paints... it will have a chemical reaction

usually ppl Pre-assemble means assemble EVERYTHING but dun snap everything 1st.. coz when u snap sure hard to take out d ma rite?
tat's y they say, cut male pegs, make the hole bigger so that ltr u can take out again to spray/sand/watever u wan to do..
