u can, but like i mentioned earlier, the speed will be reduced to DDR667, so it is kinda waste to take DDR800...
u want a good but cheaper ram? then just take the value ram lor, any brand would do, as long as its cheap..1gb ddr667 only costs RM80 currently smile.gif

8600GT is ok, but for 7950GT, it is highly advised that u upgrade ur psu to the true power version smile.gif
besides 8600GT, u can also consider the 2600XT smile.gif

why not? ram supported by motherboard and ram that comes with graphic card are TOTALLY different things at all wink.gif
if u apply theory like this, means we need to use the DDR4 compatible motherboard so that we can use the ATi graphic card that comes with DDR4 ram sweat.gif

so its like this--> since ur mobo supports PCIE 16x, u better grab urself a 7300GT or 7600GS, depends on their price smile.gif
or u can increase ur budget summore to get urself a 8500GT, any brand would do smile.gif

yeah, mobo supported has no relation with gc rams
so buy something u need and can afford
but might want to consider if ur others specs wil bottleneck the card u get or not
like for example getting 8800ultra for a p4 pc will be a waste of money, since the processor can't keep up with the gc power
