double story terrace middle unit is like 900k.....and they are old...from the late 60s, early 70s. New developments are like 1M and above. 400k? baik you cuba studio or one bedroom at serini or gaya apartments. This is either a scam or inside got dead bodies |

I live there.
Melawati -> KLCC normal working day 20-30 mins via MRR2 - AKLEH. Now takes longer because SUKE construction. Quiet a few alternative routes also. Since Melawati Mall opened, hardly have to leave the area for anything. Good schools for kids, unfortunately ISKL moved out recently. |

not bad. near Setapak/Wangsa Maju, 20-30 min KLCC, 40 min to Genting, near Zoo, direct access to the MRR2.
