a one storey terrace at Jalan E sold at 550k.. and its damn old. 400k semi D.. maybe inside no wall no stairs or incomplete,

Maybe kemensah area. Lot of seller advertise kemensah as part of taman melawati.

Being there a few times. Good place and nearby got wangsa maju, can go batu cave and setapak.

But 400k for a semi-D? your agent is nigerian?

As per last /k cakap, just need rent out short term for bangla worker (how many ppl also dont mind, the more the merrier)

Ghost will move out within few days.

Jimat the cost to hire ppl do ghost buster and can earn abit rental.

Just checked. Yes its melawati not melati. Semi d. Double story. 4 r 4 toilet. 3100sq ft. Freehold. Rm 438 k not 400k

So many gated bungalow there selling for over 1 million. Some more nobody buy and empty.

You sure or not 400k ?

Melawati is the last green lung in KL. Where else can you live near KL and breath fresh air? Even water is clean, flowing down from Klang Gates.

Ampang still got green lung lah, but a bit further away.

So quiet and tranquil place.

How long? 15-20 min if no jam go to KLCC area.

Of course, excellent. Can get cheap food, everything you want to get can get there. But less chinese hawker food la.

Stayed in Melawati for a few years. Couldn't stand the traffic, it's getting worse year by year. Using the MRR2, either way can get stucked in traffic jam. Finally, made the decision and moved out to Putrajaya. Best decision of muh life.
