is it 1.4mil, not 400k??
sunway melawati townhouse terrace, oledi selling at 1.2-1.6mil. melawati d/s selling roughly at 800k-1mil. even wangsa melawati d/s are selling at 600k-900k depending on lot area. to klcc, if go at 6:30am... smooth all the way. be it from jln ulu kelang or jln jelatek, or setapak. for jln jelatek, after 7am, a little jam. 8am, jam. if ada polis, smooth a bit. if jln ulu kelang, after 7am, mampos!! ikut setapak, after 7am, jam a bit. after 7:30, kira nasib kalau ada polis trafik.
