That's a steal bro. Go purchase it. I live in the next door Lembah Keramat. Taman Melawati is a good place to live. only 10 mins drive to KLCC.

Melawati -> KLCC normal working day 20-30 mins via MRR2 - AKLEH.  Now takes longer because SUKE construction.  Quiet a few alternative routes also.

Since Melawati Mall opened, hardly have to leave the area for anything.  Good schools for kids, unfortunately ISKL moved out recently.
