I guess it is easier to apply now without the need of utility bill. When I applied few years ago, I need to submit one as proof.

I just think that our government has messed up the "affordable" homes segment with the unreasonable limits. Its too high.

Thats right and developer pass on the cost to the normal buyers of the project or other projects. So the M40 subsidise the rest for affordable homes. Another reason why new property prices cannot come down, this is compliance/regulatory costs.

There are few types of rsku for people with different income. Those 15k can only buy above 300k property.

they only did this because the previous RM10K limit has limited buyers.

Most of the minimum limit (RM3000 income) has very high chance of their loan rejected. The reality is that most of minimum will already have a high hire purchase loan + education loan + personal loan. RM192K house will at least be around RM1000 monthly.

If they increase minimum from RM3000 to RM5000 it will look worse than increasing the max limit from RM10K to RM15K. They even let owner with a first house to apply for RSKU now. Some hints lol. Just my thought anyway.
