 Rumah Selangorku rules, already own a house

Salary above 10k also able to get approved rumah selangorku studio 250k unit

But I rejected it

Applied in portal then 1 or 2 weeks get adi

Project so long adi still so many many empty units

If anybody want studio can go register this project

Unless you’re gonna eat, sleep, work and shit in Selangor, RumaWIP is better choice in long run, rent also got better demand coz nearer to city, Selangorku locations mostly mindfk

Rumah selangorku more ranges of price to suit many income levels even from 42k for a landed in Sepang

Depends on the buyers needs n goals

For SAMM unit, in future when I have stay for 5 years and beyond already and wanted to move elsewhere , IF I wanted to sell the unit, what is the price that I can sell (based on my purchase price last time / based on market price at that time)?

Based on the website you need to get approval from LPHS for reselling purposes. Not sure on the price control.

Need to sell to people that eligible only… mean is B40 plus no property in Selangor… so the price won’t follow market price..come on… what is purpose of this scheme … ?? Is to help poor people to get quality home within their budget… still wanna to flip?
