Dear all,

I already have a property in Selangor under my name but I didn't bought it.

It was transfered to me from my father but due to the location(hulu selagor), it is not ideal for me to live there since I work in Klang.

So I apply for RSKU and of course got rejected since I have own a house.

If I transfer the house to my father back, will the ban on my RSKU application be lifted ?

Anyone encounter this before ?

Better ask the officer who rejected your previous application.

It was an online application, so I can't ask.

Also I am not sure who to ask at the moment ?

That is why I am asking around if anyone had any experience on this ?

Just want to clarify did I just wasted my chances on RSKU when I did the name transfer.

yes I did, because I figure out one of the process before applying is to go though the LPHS open day where they will check your ownership of houses.

so to avoid the issue, I put as a yes. sweat.gif

I am not sure myself. But I have few friend who had undergo the process for RSKU so that is what they told me.

Firstly they will invite to the developer office and LPHS staff will be there to verify documents and everything. ccris, kwsp, all those stuff. If you had a house outside of Selangor you have to bring proof etc etc. If you pass this process, then only proceed to the loan and everything else.

I was being naive so yeah I put has a house there and worry if there will be future trouble. lol

Sorry i had limits of 3 post a day as a new account, so there was the delay in reply

Yes.

I contacted them asking about the matter

Apparently, if you let go the possession of your house (sell or anything) there will be chances your name will resurfaced in their record.

BUT you need to send an official letter to them stating the situation and if any name change as in selling transaction has take place. Then there will be few months of investigation and processes until they release the result whether you are allowed to purchase the RSKU or not.

I thought the process are quite long and by the time everything is settled, the RSKU unit is already sold out. Hence I just forget about it biggrin.gif

Nah. I did not bother to try it. too many process

1) need to appeal for name transfer of the current house

2) re-apply the RSKU again but the unit I wanted to buy is already long gone by this time

So yeah, I just let it go.

I would say depends on your location. The one I'm after is Kemuning Idaman in Kota Kemuning because it's only 10 minutes from my current job. RM192K for 900 sqft. No swimming pool though.

The price is the same for all non-swimming pool type

750Sqft for RM165K
900 Sqft for RM192K
1000Sqft for RM225K

Those with swimming pool is around RM 250K-ish

So you really need to look around and ask agents on Facebook on upcoming projects.
Be sure to check on their website too.
