I thought rsku is only for first house buyer? HAHA

yeh only first house buyer

but if you read my first post, the house that I get wasn't bought by me. It was given to me. SO technically I already owned a house and due to it's remote location, I can't stay in it.

Just assume, a rich guy, speculate the property, buy sell, buy sell.... And the end, he do not own any property.

Is it qualify? Apparently No.

ONLY give to people tht never own any house.

between RM3K - RM10K

and check your CCRIS

so if you have loan or whatsoever they are shown right.

the thing is, if you didn't buy the property (lets say given from a will or something like in my case) it doesn't appear in CCRIS right because of no record of loan?

So by right you should be able to purchase a new one. But I was worried later if they check thoroughly about ownership of previous house I will kantoi. That is the reason I asked the first place.

sime darby have no project at Kota Kemuning. But other developer got a lot. SD landed is nearby Columbia Bukit Raya and the Elmina and both starts at RM550K. Too expensive for me lol

tbh the condos at Kota kemuning not that high price tho, maybe can get a cheaper 1 instead of rsku

Kota Kemening quite pack now, many move to Putra Heights and gamuda building their own area beside putra heights a new one

I'd reallly wish to! I actually like the area at the Rimbayu .

But I could barely afford it even with combined income with my wife.

So we better not take any high burden loan. Later we makan pasir only lol

The condos there starts from 350K iinm.

A colleague of mine bought a tropicana unit there.

Rimbayu quite messy, dont really like that place. Access to anywhere also difficult. Even cyberjaya feels nearer than rimbayu. Amazing

Question on RSKU, I am a Selangor residence since birth and currently want to apply for a $250k unit for my first home.. I am however working for a foreign company and makan gaji abroad, hence no record of LHDN or income locally. Am I still eligible for this scheme?

Do I:
a) declare not working
b) declare working and show them foreign income statement
c) advised by SA to curi ayam some local payslip documents and submit because they no check lol
