Same like lazada lo. Last time lazada had the most promo then they switch to try to become more profitable.
Then shopee give lots of promotion to snatch e commerce market share. As they grow, they cut back on alot of promotion already. Soon probably will see not much benefits so enjoy them while they last.

Buy on Shopee or use shopeepay scan and pay at retail outlet also works.

Click on the subsequent transaction, it should be showing full amount paid, example RM 20. Click into the transaction should show the breakdown of amount deducted from your wallet + the bonus, example RM 16 paid, bonus used RM 4 etc.

It's shopee's turn now but as halo said, it is dependent on the campaign. Shopee is literally paying people to use it and grow their user base. Not gonna last long.

Grabpay still the best for stable rewards.

Also tng and shopee has campaign limits, no further cashback once it has been reached.

Grabpay base rewards can be scaled higher without limit on spending. It's even better when there are campaigns ongoing.

Even if its to check for actual transactions, why do they need to ask for so many irrelevant information that cant be used to verify the transactions? trying to collect user data?
