I got blocked since last week so before the monthly sales. It said something like Shopee detected malicious transactions in your account.

Has anyone deleted their Shopee account? Will they refund my ShopeePay balance? Will they ask me for my bank account number and how many days will it take?

FYI, this is the third time Shopee ask me for my information but they never say what withdrawal transactions I made that made them ban me. I absolutely didn't do any withdrawals.

got free shipping voucher, but can't be used on any check-out items with free shipping.  tried with many free-ship items. voucher doesn't appear during checkout.

Finally got 7 out of 9 missing cb this morning. The CS replied by email early morning insisting on the Daily Rm3 CB.

Just an update. After a month of emails with the customer service, Shopee finally reactivated my ShopeePay. I honestly didn't do any withdrawal transactions and I only have 1 Shopee account.

What makes me mad is Shopee banned me for no reason, and wouldn't admit that they made a mistake.

Failed to reload shopeepay and it prompts for device authentication code. Received the code by sms and then only successful. First time encountered this.

Yes, but nothing unusual as using shopeepay a lot for the past 1 year. Using default card to reload earlier some more.

Can ShopeePay KFC voucher be used at KFC drive through?

out of no where my shopeepay got banned when it is a verified account. I tried to read through the history, really cannot tell huh why it's banned sometimes... the thing that annoys me the most is i have money stuck in there and shopee can just hold the money huh....

i only have 2 accounts but been using that for months as usually the free shipping/coins vouchers are limited so once finish, i use another account... one is verified...the other is not verified...
what is spam?
