Took video, take NRIC front and back, then fill up personal info.
Took about 5 mins to approve after submission.

No issues

Guys, I can't complete the verification as it says my IC is linked to another account. I checked my spouse phone, turns out it's their name plus my IC linked to their Shopeepay. This must've been something that happened years ago.

Any way to salvage the situation?
