Anyone bought rm10 spaylater voucher ? Why is some of my voucher greyed out and cannot be used?

I think fully redeemed, some of my vouchers like a&w, kk just disappeared.

Already bought still subjected to first come first serve?

I suppose shopee sold more vouchers than quota.
In fact some vouchers can't be used even at the participating shops like sushiking, mercato, llaolao

Most of my purchased voucher are greyed out

Can I ask what is MCC code for shopeepay later?
Can settlement for shopeepay later during the weekends enjoy MBB AMEX 5% caashback? Thank you.

Yes 5% weekend CB for Spaylater Repayment (Seamoney).

You may pay Monthly bill IN FULL (no multiple payments allowed) before due date.

Or "Pay Early" - Outstanding amount before monthly bill is generated.

Spaylater monthly bill - you can pay once only.
Outstanding before monthly bill - you can always pay the outstanding amount IN FULL
If you want to pay multiple times, go to "Pay Early" every weekend before bill date.

Credit limit for Spaylater - you can't spend beyond the CL.

Credit limit for Amex - try to pre-pay your Amex account by deposit cash at Cash Deposit Machine (you can't use M2U to pay beyond outstanding balance). But not advisable to do so, just give up.

I think Spaylater is a good avenue to pay for duitnow QR merchant too, right?

I don't know how many gateways that Seamoney (Spaylater) is using. I can tell only Maybank Amex, Amex-i can give weekend CB, online CB. Different Bank's credit/debit cards may be channelled to different gateways.

Not all Duitnow QR merchants allow Spaylater, then use ShopeePay (wallet balance) to proceed. Cannot harap Spaylater always work, even at Spaylater merchants may fail.

they will state not eligible to use voucher under this payment method.

very frustrating to found vouchers unable to use despite we going to the outlet stated clearly eligible to redeem.

Failed transactions at kkmart with spaylater but was written payment in progress. Will it go through eventually?

i think it stucked at the select instalment tenure (1,3,6,12 mth) page.
always happen during my payment time.

quite frustrating to use it.

Did you lodge any complaint on Shopee? I lodged complaint where the voucher is not taking effect even selected at Mercato, the customer service said there's a system issue and will get back to me in 24 hours, but today the issue is marked as resolved

their CS is useless and won't do any good.
all they know is keep telling you they will investigate, and that's about it.
i don't expect them to reimburse back the voucher for us.

in fact, as a matter of principle, we should hav the rights to claim back RM0.01 from them since they sold the voucher to us but the voucher is marked as fully redeemed (grey out) before the validity expires and we never got to use it.


imagine if someone use this loop hole to sell unusable vouchers to users, but users are unable to redeem these vouchers at all.

Touchwood I used on Friday and yesterday at Lotus, Hero, BHP and Caltex...all worked. I also used the RM30 off RM5 voucher at Hero and BHP previously, no issue.

Is there a list of merchants that we can use 50% coins?

ShopeePay merchants.
They scan your ShopeePay QR or you scan their QR (not Duitnow QR provided by bank, Boost, Grabpay, TNG)

Eg Mr DIY, Ecoshop, Econsave, 7-eleven, MyDigi, Guardian, Big Pharmacy etc.
