i tell the cashier to do ShopeePay RM10 x 6 and apply voucher for each transaction.
since its nooone at the station just now

talk nicely to them. if still reject.
pay RM30, pump RM30.
go back pay RM30 and pump another RM30.
this way they can't stop you right?

will stop using Shopee once all the coins been used up.
no point to remain in a platform that NEVER reward loyal user instead reward new user.

my family's account that hardly make any purchase have multiple free shipping voucher

yes. after deduct coins its RM2.25.
plus the RM5 voucher so its still ok, for the time being.

it's a lie.
loyal customer your so called 'voucher' will show fully redeemed almost instantly at 12am.

while new customer, the voucher is still available to use even at 12.10am.

stopped using shopee after knowing this scam.

they should be transparent like Lzd, got means everybody got,
if fully redeemed means everybody shows fully redeemed.

i suspect shopee categorize their customer into few tier.

loyal customer which frequently made purchase into 1 tier.
new customer another tier.

and free shipping voucher allocated into each tier with its quota.

so if you are categorized as loyal cust, you will find the voucher vanished within second, while new user still can use the voucher after 10 mins or so.

a very stupid move that will only work if there is no competition.
when there is competitor out there ie Lazada which gives out multiple free shipping voucherssss daily , shopee move is suicidal which drives a lot of loyal cust away.

managed to buy 1 only

shopee seem focus more on their shopeepay offline recently.
been using shopeepay with the 1 cent voucher to get really good deal.

while for online, definitely Lazada better.

lots of free ship voucher and occasionally RM5 min spend RM15 voucher. (few times per month)

are you sure shopee pay offline is that easy to use ??

IMO, its 1 of the worst wallet for offline payment.

why i still using it?
Solely because of the "Deals near me" voucher.

3 very tedious long steps to use Shopee Pay offline.

When you click the shopeepay offline, a scan QR code tab will appear always.
1)Click change to QR/Barcode tab... wait few secs for it to load...could takes up to 10-15 secs in some circumstances.
2)Authentication fingerprint/code..wait few secs for it to load...could takes up to 10-15 secs in some circumstances.
3)Switch to Barcode (I believe those using ShopeePay offline often knows quite a number of shop will ask for barcode instead of the QR code which is extremely hard to detect)
Tried QR Code with Tesco the cashier insist to use QR code (don't know why) and tried 3 times QR Code regenerated still failed until their supervisor come ask her switch to barcode, and problem solved.

So simply say, 3 long steps just for a simple payment process

at quite a number of location mayb network issue (slightly slow), it doesn't matter how powerful your fone is, still takes time to load.

while other ewallet no prob generating QR code almost instantly.

this guy even know some insider info in some highest institution including but not limited to BNM.

its a norm for shopee pay.
some claimed its a phone related thing but i don't think so.

the entire shopee apps is filled with bugs

i just fail to understand why other ewallet like tng cn load QR code almost instantly while shopee pay will takes quite some time

Yup.
For me, i definitely will not use ShopeePay for offline if not for the voucher.

just using it merely for "deals near me"...
else will still be using tng ewallet.

shopee apps is too heavy and sluggish....
and their shopeepay logics also having huge problem.
default will display a QR code where most merchant will ask u switch to barcode.
might as well show barcode as default or show 2 in 1 like tng

totally agree ...
in fact others like tng already implement auto apply voucher, no need to manual search and apply at all.. save all the hassle.
it's really a pain to use esp when there are lots of vouchers from multiple merchants for shopeepay offline use and these vouchers (if same voucher you bought a few it will show 3 or 4 for you to scroll) and are scatters all around and appear almost on random basis if purchased during different date..
