I think ShoppeePay is not down. They're making changes during production hours instead of late late nite, probably like Clarence said to accommodate Duitnow. My account that was working fine throughout the ordeal finally succumbed.

Alot of the issues requiring their responses are not trade secret. They're just full of shit if i'm being honest. Easily the worst customer service i have ever had seen by copy and paste general responses that sometimes do not have anything to do with issue raised. They're pretty good at playing dumb i must say. It's like u ask abt A they answered B.
