From the email, it wasn't clear whether shopee will refund the money to me or the merchant. Anyhow, I waited till few days ago, and chatted with them again to get clarification. Then I received another email after that.

Well, I still don't see any confirmation from them that the money will be credited back to me. It just seems like a very general email, copy and paste email.
During the chat with the cs, he asked me to wait till 15 May. If I don't receive the refund by then, then only chat with them again. So I have to keep waiting........
