Day 1.0 : can buy 1.0 voucher
Days 2.0-5.0 : can buy 3.0 vouchers each day

This round when purchasing keep on getting error or slow processing, may be there was a surge of buyers. Only manage to get 1 POSPAM.

Has anyone tried paying water bills using shopeepay in the shopee apps but kept getting the error message of bill information is not found? What could be the error? I did key in the right account number though. Any kind soul who happened to have a clue mind to advise?

Redeem multiple vouchers at one time is not wrong, I think.
Many people do that without problem.
Eg. POS PAM, Petron, Shell, BHP, Caltex, KKMart, Lotus's etc.

Did Customer Service tell you the exact reason of ban?

Just back from Shopee voucher spree, the above bolded does not apply to all shopee accounts.

i and all family members kena banned too, i dunno how they to link my account and family members account. they can trace it.

it isn't too difficult. For a fact, we know they don't give out much daily Free Shippeeng Vouchers. From there, have the system check against the addresses. Once flagged, human intervention to double check past activities.

If the source of topup for shopeepay is by 7eleven (TNGEwallet), is it safe to withdraw the balance in shopeepay? Anyone has experience with this?

Some new branch might not accept ewallet yet, but for Mr.DIYs voucher it is not outlet specific.
