Hit ShoppeePay limit tonite. As I try to reduce spending, initially I was allowed $300. Once I cancel to try increase it and then decrease again, $300 no longer allowed. Total calendar month spending is below $4000. Rolling [31 days total + tonite's attempted spending] also below 5k.
