the arrangement is the same with shopeepay/tngewallet/bestpay/kiplepay/boost/kelantanpay/etc since they are payment agents for ptptn

1) payment agents collate all payments info
2) next day, they submit daily reports to ptptn to process
3) ptptn process and credit the $$ into account


so, the questions are:

1) did shopeepay receive the payments? proof is your order receipt. so, shopeepay should be able to validate this.

2) did shopeepay submit report to ptptn on 8/9 (payments on 7/9)? only shopeepay can answer this.

3) did ptptn received the report from shopeepay? this is between shopeepay and ptptn

yes, shopeepay show "completed" because it only say it has accepted your payment

it doesnt mean the subsequent processes are completed.

if they can use their terminal to scan your shopeepay qrcode/barcode, should be ok.
