yeah, got heart attack when topup amount not reflected. took some time, even when i was chatting with CS, then noticed the wallet balance "switching" between old and new balance. seems their backend update is slow to propagate to all instances.

in short, shopeepay utilize your previously-earned bonus available first + remaining from wallet
you are NOT earning/getting NEW bonus.

shopeepay tells you which "pocket" of balance it's deducting from.

1) daily Cashback is across ALL participating merchants. 1 time per day, with daily quota.

2) merchant-specific Cashback

4) shopee offline vouchers, merchant-specific.

vouchers, no limit to redeem

yesterday I redeem 4x shell vouchers. then 2x again to fill up the tank.

afaik, vouchers are limited by purchase, not redemption.
