From what I observed since December...
Refreshed during midnight.

10% (capped at RM10) Unifi - high demand only in the first few nights (except first night) especially after Shopee App and those Chinese kantao sites announced (they haven't done yet for this month, I still managed to use 1x 10% voucher at 5:30am today!), (Approx 400 units/day FCFS - March)

20% (capped at RM10) Bill payment - always very high demand, (approx 200 units/day FCFS - March)

30% (capped at RM3) - didn't appear this month, look like free 1x/month for every Shopee user.

40% (capped at RM3) - for those first-timers only.

For those not having enough Shopee Coins, may buy Shopee Coins to save RM2.50+ (RM13 for 1550 coins), available only in some occasions.

Not limited to ShopeePay, may use a Visa/Mastercard to pay, but Amex won't work (so don't wait till Saturday/Sunday morning). The transaction description shown in your credit card account is "Airpay Malaysia" not "Shopee", so it is not a normal Shopee transaction!

P/S: I manage > 5 TM/Unifi and Sarawak Energy accounts.

If you already claimed yesterday, you still can use it today or later if you haven't used it
You can't claim another new one again.

Restrictions is not by Unifi, but by the payment service provider. Eg epay also limit 1x daily to a Unifi account.

Don't confuse, you can use 3000 coins at Shopee orders + 3000 coins at Shopee Digital goods (including bill payment) over 24 hours.
I had won >8000 coins in 1 game, so there is no limit you can earn 3000 coins over 24 hours.

You can use it in another midnight once daily quota is refreshed (300/day for April 23-29).

Discontinued Shopee Quiz @ 12pm, I won a lot of coins at that time. If too many winners I could get less than 100 coins. Once I was one of ~100 winners, so the prize was >8000 coins.

Yes from 3 epay accounts but not from 1 epay account.

Claim and use are separate issue.
Many Shopee users can claim but limited to the first 300 voucher users per day. (10% Unifi - April)
Those holding an unused voucher may use in another day but subject to the first 300 voucher users in the day (normally last a few minutes only).

Haha Lazada Wallet - Bill payment to Sarawak Energy (no Unifi) is also quite attractive, but more complicated and traps!

You could use max 3000 Shopee coins at Shopee orders + max 3000 Shopee coins at Shopee bill payment, in the past 24 hours.

Normally after 12am, random, should be released by batches just like Shopee games. Not all the users are equal.
But every user could exercise 1x only, so should be easier to get it in the next few days.

10% Unifi only (RM100 to get RM10 discount) - 300/day till 29/4. 1200 users completed their task already so you should not difficult to claim and use it on the next 3 days.

20% bill payment (RM50 to get RM10 discount) - 400/day till 30/4. Demand is very high so very challenging, I still yet to exercise all my rights, waked up too late recently. But fortunately, I did claim and use last month. I have >RM1500 credit (advance payments) on my personal Sesco account (>6 months electricity consumption).

No PAM in East Malaysia, but we can pay Sarawak Energy / Sabah Electricity at various sources including Lazada bill payment (currently 25% rebate promo for Lazada Wallet), Shopee bill payment (currently with 20% discount voucher), elinking App (I used ShopeePay to topup elinking but unfortunately discontinued), GHL's Epay (TNG/Boost/Grabpay), Razerpay in-app bill payment (with 10%/20% vouchers in the past few months), TNG wallet in-app bill payment, Boost in-app bill payment, SarawakPay/SabahPay, and RHB's/PBB's/HLB's campaigns.

I still can't find the updated T&C. I bet RM30.10 and got RM5 Lazada wallet rebate (valid for 60 days).
I paid RM30.60 to Sarawak Energy, -RM0.50 instant discount by Lazada Wallet, so RM30.10 to meet minimum RM30 spending requirement as per the T&C for March campaign. As I got RM5 rebate, so the ideal spending amount shall be at RM20 (net amount from Lazada Wallet, as the "Rebate" is used first).
I can use the RM5 rebate to pay for Lembaga Air Kuching or Sarawak Energy.
RM30.10 / (RM30.60+RM5) = 0.846 so ~16% savings (+ rebates earned to top up Lazada Wallet)
Just for fun only, I assume if I paid RM20.50 only I would get higher effective rebate %. At your own risk!

BTW water bills (including Air Selangor and Lembaga Air Kuching) can be paid at Pos Malaysia App (ios only) and use ShopeePay to earn RM3 daily CB (effective 20%). I am yet to test if I can use a Macbook to install Pos Malaysia App (ios) and earn RM3 daily CB. So not so attractive to use Lazada wallet!
