last time i try at mydin PJ when mydin announce now they accepting GrabPay, not applicable for Mydin PJ. Mydin PJ only accepts TNG and Boost as at mid March. Now not sure whether they have updated their system to include Mydin in Sarawak for ShopeePay/GrabPay.

Can exceed RM5k in 1 month? Subject to annual limit RM3*000. So RM3000/month is average.

Any balance inside? If yes, will they refund back?

For refund back to ShopeePay for oayment via online banking, can I force Shopee to bank transfer back and close the wallet?
i do not want the hassle of activating ShopeePay, add Bank Account, set code, upload selfie, upload IC.

Not easy lah. Your government already build up reserve of RM30 billion so CM can afford to play this game. And Sarawak is autonomous to set up Sarawak Multimedia Authority (the agency to fund this App) which KL/Selangor can't do it under the laws (rights of Federal Government).

So the largest Borneo state will be planning to setup a digital bank like the one close to the Singapore?

U staying in sarawak? Most of the bill is sarawak de bill la. I use mostly to pay parking, cos this new smart parking system quite convenient.

I have not heard Sarawak wants to build a digital bank. CM already set up Development Bank Of Sarawak to finance some infrastructural works. Maybe it will be converted to another DBS in the future

He also set up Sarawak Multimedia Authority to spearhead, oversee and facilitate the development and implementation of the communication, multimedia and the State's Digital Economy Initiatives. Sarawak Pay is funded by SMA, so it is not business-oriented like other e-wallets.

Average how many % rebate you got? I am not sarawakian but signed up for youbeli and purchase with 7% rebate each time. Is it rebate consistant or just beginning and getting lower and lower after sometime

Also, i searched from web,sarawak pay tied up with union pay. So, if merchant accepts union pay, can we use sarawak pay? If no, i dont know what can i use for sarawak pay.
