real test is when cashback is reduced or removed, then will there be organic growth? will the existing users continue to use?

there is no strong stickiness for ppl to be fully loyal to any 1-2 ewallet. all providers now offering money remittance, micro financing, micro investment, bill payments, more value-added-services to hold onto their users.

my first try yesterday was ok, staff took some time to scan qr code, then i changed to barcode then able to capture from their handheld scanner.

yep. the alpro evoucher got min spending too, aside from shopeepay cashback min spending.

yep. mine was same as yours earlier. gotten rm4 x2, then I realized I still can get cb for rm3.

same, spent at alpro pharmacy online (ipay88). scanned shopeepay qr code. no rm3 daily cb granted.

live chat with cs. they said wait 24h before escalate again.

purchased 4sen for POS, 2 separate acct

the T&C stated "Valid at all POS nationwide that accept ShopeePay"

the shopee app has tutorial on how to apply the voucher

basically same as scanning your barcode. there's a "voucher" below the barcode.
