have you gotten the RM4 x 2 from PAM (specific to PAM only) ??

if yes, then 3 times for 1st day (RM4 + RM4 + RM3), then 1 time per day (RM3) subsequently
if no, then 1 time daily (RM3)

1) inside mall, but outside of POSlaju outlet

2) outside mall, but inside POSlaju outlet

rm4 is merchant-specific, with limited quota

rm3 daily applies to all merchants

gotten the 2nd Alpro RM4 cb by paying through Alpro's online checkout (payment through ipay88)

spending strategy:

1) signup alpro vip member, RM10 lifetime, if not mistaken
2) get 3 vouchers: RM10 over-the-counter (any purchase, new member reward 1500pts = RM10) + RM10 online purchase (code: ENALPRO10 - one time use only, min RM100 spend) + RM10 Full Lipid Profile / HbA1c Test voucher (not using)

3) RM10 over-the-counter discount (present your member card, cashier will deduct RM10) - pay using shopeepay, get RM4 cashback (min spend RM10) (#1/2)

later recheck again in the app, rm3 granted, and the txn receipt "updated"

no wonder my sbux purchase didn't get rm3 cb on 7 Mar

they dont know the existence of shoeepay as they still refer the eGHL sticker.

ask them to punch in amount in the POS, then scroll to the bottom of the ewallet listing. shopeepay is the last icon listed (que "shocking face by staff*)

this happened exactly this morning when i pumped Petron



never encounter "pending" from PAM receipt. all "success"

could be pam or connectivity error (between pam and shopeepay in order to validate the payment barcode)

keep waiting if the system reattempt to charge. else, it would timeout and drop the "pending" payment.
