I'm using buyer account and I have shopeepay displayed in my phone apps. I have been calling shopeepay for multiple times to resolve the verification issue. Until now still not able to setup my shopeepay account. Today, I created a new account and it shows shopee wallet instead even though I login using the same phone and the same apps. And the verification was flawless.

So, I made another call to shopeepay as I still need the shopeepay on my 1st account activated. Got refund goes into it. When I asked them what different between PAY and WALLET, they said exactly the same except that WALLET can only pay and withdraw, cannot topup. Shopeepay can topup.
