Prima will never be profitable lah, it is a subsidize project by government at the first place to tackle housing issue, that's why it is cheaper by 20-30% by market rate.
Government buy a piece of land, then ask developer handle everything, the price set by government, developer still get their profit but unsold unit have to tanggung if there is leftover unit. |
