So if rumah harga Naik can the second hand buy ask for compensation coz the initial owner bought cheaper , after using the house can still sell more expensive ?

Actually curious what's the difference between the 2 based on location only?

I do know that RumaWIP is specifically for KL only as I own one. Seeing both are government programs, So does that mean PR1MA is for locations other than KL?

Rumawip kena sapu cause it can be rented out. Prima no one sapu cause no renting out or selling for a period of time. Not attractive at all.

PR1MA = build anywhere in Malaysia regardless of state. Got diff diff size from 1R1B to 4R3B, 40x60, etc.

Rumah W1P = Federal Territories only. Usually only 1 size and all are condo.

Rumawip has no restrictions on renting out. That's why those with MRT/LRT next to it kena sapu by mid-high income earners. You should visit LYN Property Talk more XD.

Oh I see then it make sense then. Seen a comment that PR1MA did not have any land banks from the start and forced to go for unfavorable locations.

On the other hand, RUMAWIP had some alleged ahem ahem land dealings involving an Ex minster of FT and a certain developer (A*** K******). No wonder RumahWIP had some pretty good locations laugh.gif

TBH all government project house should not be able to rent out.


It's for the citizens who don't have a house to get it and stay there and not for extra incoming renting out

Yeah you can rent it out as a whole. Doing that currently and the rental income is pretty decent for a 300k unit in this slow economy

Well as mentioned in the article, a lot of the said built houses priced out a large portion of average salary workers. Even if it is meant for average people, they can't afford it, and if someone like an investor does not buy them, it will just turn up as part of the property glut that we are facing now. At the end of the day, they will turn to renting instead which isn't that bad according to some experts especially in these bad times.
