Dunno about other areas, but come bukit raja klang, the whole srumah selangorku apartment complex sudah built up. I dunno if it is still waiting cf or wat but confirm bangunan sudah ada.

Another selangorku project is in setia taipan, this one i havent go survey2 but i think should be up by now too.

If you ask me this was market forces. Not PR1MA's fault. If property prices everywhere was reduced, you cannot expect PR1MA to keep selling at the same price.

Also I think BN would have handled it differently, how PH handled the situation was quite bad for existing owners.

there were 130 ongoing projects, with 131,000 units under construction and 268,000 PR1MA units approved at the policy stage

Dekat my area got one PR1MA flat, outer is ok, but inner looks like haven't completed, but no progress. I guess PR1MA lack of funds to continue to build.

The thing is, the houses were not really affordable, and some of the locations are not really ideal.

PPR for poor people, yes, but PR1MA is one or two rungs up in terms of their target market.
