yup agreed...i think after the given rebate, the price look reasonable... like prima melaka previously when lunching in 2016, apartment 850sqf already starting 210k...really crazy

Its another tool squander gomen money.

Even if it is run honestly...there's no hanky panky, its a bad business model to begin with.

PRIMA doesn't have land bank. They forced to go to market and buy market price. On top of that they outsource everything to 3rd party from zero to completion. With no in-house at all.

How do you get lower house price with that.

Pr1ma is having aggressive marketing campaign right now, gives rebate+discount up to 30% to new buyers. But existing owners are very angry as they loss 30% of value instantly if compare with their new neighbors.

Saya pemilik awal PR1MA Residensi Utama Sungai Petani yang membeli dengan harga RM200K yang baru saja dibeli pada Jun 2018, tapi sekarang PR1MA menjual dengan diskaun 10% HOC + 20% rebate = 30%.
Bermakna kerugian yang saya terpaksa tanggung sekurang2nya RM135,000 termasuk interest bank selama 35tahun.
Bukan niat untuk menafikan rezeki kepada para pembeli baru dengan 30% diskaun, tapi hak kita sebagai pembeli awal pada harga yang tinggi harus diambil perhatian oleh PR1MA CORP & Kementerian Perumahan dan langkah sewajarnya harus/wajib diambil.
