Pr1ma is having aggressive marketing campaign right now, gives rebate+discount up to 30% to new buyers. But existing owners are very angry as they loss 30% of value instantly if compare with their new neighbors.

Saya pemilik awal PR1MA Residensi Utama Sungai Petani yang membeli dengan harga RM200K yang baru saja dibeli pada Jun 2018, tapi sekarang PR1MA menjual dengan diskaun 10% HOC + 20% rebate = 30%.
Bermakna kerugian yang saya terpaksa tanggung sekurang2nya RM135,000 termasuk interest bank selama 35tahun.
Bukan niat untuk menafikan rezeki kepada para pembeli baru dengan 30% diskaun, tapi hak kita sebagai pembeli awal pada harga yang tinggi harus diambil perhatian oleh PR1MA CORP & Kementerian Perumahan dan langkah sewajarnya harus/wajib diambil.

there were 130 ongoing projects, with 131,000 units under construction and 268,000 PR1MA units approved at the policy stage

Dekat my area got one PR1MA flat, outer is ok, but inner looks like haven't completed, but no progress. I guess PR1MA lack of funds to continue to build.
