Hi anyone knows where to check DBKL cukai taksiran online? I try MYEG but seems can't able to check.

Did you use 8 or 9 digits for account no ?

Dbkl cannot check onponr wan. Need to call them

Sometime call few times bad service even after khalid ph take over

Example, if you do not know / do not have the account number. Still able to check via call the outstanding DBKL assessment tax by providing complete address? Possible?

I know Shah Alam able to check by calling and give the address. Other places didnt try before.

on your bill 9 digit but myeg ony accept 8(10009999)

i realize how to search for it already. just don't add the LAST number, then can find already.

I try both 8 and 9 numbers also can track online.

Starting this year, there is a new account number given to everybody. Wait for the new assessment bill

Does anyone have problems paying DBKL assessment bill online? I have tried the following:

1) MyEG - error message "FAILED DUE TO TIADA PENETAPAN ACCOUNT MODULE & WEIGHTAGE" when I searched for my account (both old and new account numbers)
2) Maybank2U - says error with account number
3) JomPay - says that the Ref-1 is incorrect even though I follow exactly as stated on the bill
4) MOBIS app - says try again when I search for account.

Have been trying for the past 2 weeks already.

Same issue for me, my unit has been rented, very troublesome if have to go there to check whether the mail box have the latest bill with new account number or not. Who know the way to check the new account number by using old account number?

Received today. Payment before end of Feb 2020 to avoid being charged late payment penalty.

Called DBKL yesterday (Feb 4) and confirmed bills are not sent out yet. I called their Pejabat Kewangan (Finance Dept) at 03-20282490 or 03-20282497 and managed to get my new 13-digit account number (just give them the old account number). Remember to check the amount of assessment payable. I paid via online banking. Hope this info helps.

Thanks! I emailed them today with my old account numbers and they replied 3 hours later with the new account numbers AND the latest bill statements.

So just email them, it's easier than calling.

tried calling and emailed. both didnt work. no ppl pick up call and replied my email.

Just go to Midvalley one month before Feb and August.

They have a temporary counter there.

I got my new number from there.

Those people are lazy people who won't pick up call or email unless they meet you face to face.

It's on the same floor as the exit to KTM station. Just ask information desk where is the exit to KTM station, it is inside Midvalley just before the exit to KTM station.

It might be closed now because today is after the 28 Feb deadline for payment but you can try.

For your information, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) upgraded its existing financial management system. The use of the new financial management system is effective from January 2020. Therefore, the assessment rate account number will change from eight (8) digits to thirteen (13) digits. Please use the new account number for tax assessment inquiries / payments.



Another option is to use DBKL mobile apps, MOBIS. Register and fill in the account number to check and make payment.



Please be inform that, DBKL services with MyEG has been terminated from 22 Mei 2020.

Can't even pay their parking saman on any platform at all!! DBKL can do die la!!!

Thanks for sharing this info. The mobile app is actually one of the payment methods printed on the physical bill and I have overlooked it.

By they way, the mobile app is still very basic. It doesn't remember my account number after it is closed and reopened.

On top of that, it also doesn't reflect the real time balance after I made my payment through jompay.

Using Mobis, I tried paying for my mum's property in Bangsar Baru using the old acct number 1017xxxx5 (9 digit) and it doesn't seem to work as it says acct cannot be found - tried 8 digit without the last digit also does not work. How can i get the 13 digit new acct number?

You can try calling their toll free number since u hv the account number (although it's the old number but i suppose they should be able to check).

I called the other day，but as i dun know the account number at all，so they were unable to check anything for me.

Thank you very much for your reply - i am stuck in Sydney Aust at the moment with not many flights going back to KL.

I used to pay using JomPay biller code 6981 followed by the account number but when i try now, i am getting an error (error being Ref-1 which is the account number is not correct).

I am in Sydney and the toll free number doesn't work overseas. I will probably wait until my sister (who is living in the property) gets the new assessment in the mail.

I have not tried Dbkl online - i only tried the Mobis app.

I think Bangsar Baru would be under Wilayah - is it possible to give me the DBKL web address? - I have lived and worked in Aust for 40 years now and don't know much about the procedures/process of payment in Malaysia. My sister in KL is 70+ and she doesn't bother to learn as well

I have tried paying using this with my MBB acct and i used 6981 as the Biller Code with my old account number (9 digit) but it is saying that account number is not correct. It was working May 2019 (last year) when i paid around rm545 (from memory). I may need to wait until my sister receives the assessment later this year.

My sister in KL got the assessment notice 3 days ago and she gave me the 13 digit new assessment number - i paid using Jom (biller code 6981) with Maybank and the payment went through.

How to check the assessment amount to be paid online?

No letters sent to my house and I need to verify the final amount before transferring via online banking.

I have downloaded the Mobis app and i managed to login and checked my assessment (13 digit account number) - old account number which has 9 digit doesn't work. You will need to know the new account number (13 digit) before you can check.

I tried mobis with my 13 digit assessment number and it came up immediately. I paid with Maybank JomPay and the payment showed up after a few days which shows that the app can actually get quite updated data quite fast.

hmmm cause refer to the old statement provided, not sure about 13 digits assessment number

My old statement from last year has a 9 digit assessment account number and this account DOES NOT WORK. I tried to JomPay using the old 9 digit assessment (received last year) and it will not work. My sister received the new assessment notice (about 2 weeks ago) and it had a new assessment account number which is 13 digits. I tried paying with this new assessment number lately and it worked. I overpaid by about rm259 because i didn't know how much to pay. Now when i login to Mobis, it is showing Total Amount -RM259.00 so i presume they owe me money. Never mind, maybe next half year, i will not have to pay.

Have you not received your assessment notice? If you have not received the notice, maybe they are late sending the notice.

I last year didn't pay until almost the end of the year because I forgot about it and didn't receive any statement. One day a policeman personally came to hand me the statement, very embarrassing. (DBKL and police got connection meh)

They can collect millions from us and yet they cannot build a system for us to check and be notified online.

Edit: if you are going to DBKL in person, make sure you wear like entering a government office. Cannot simply wear shorts. FYI.

For DBKL assessment, to get the account number.
Please follow this step:

1. During working hours, whatapps to this number (DBKL cukai taksiran hotline): 012-5660341
If no reply, whatapps again during the next day working hour.

2. Message details:
Account number: Xdpt bill / property baru / x duduk rumah tersebut
Address:
Name:
I/C:

3. They will reply you with the bill and statement. Will show the account number.

4. Install DBKL apps: "Mobis" in your phone. Register and log in. Input the account number. And pay the amount.
Or pay using JomPay also can. Got stated in the bill.

just curious, any sifus here paid their cukai taksiran rates over at POST office (the pos automated machine), I am wondering how long does it take for the payment to reflect after paying? The Pos Automated Machine (PAM) accepts cash notes and coins payments.

I have paid mine 2 days ago and when I logged into MOBIS app just to have a brief look/update. It says I still have outstanding payments which is very weird. Or perhaps they will take about 4 to 5 working days for the payments to be reflected? tq tq sifus

You should hv paid using mobis. Its within same system so updated fast. PO roll your money for awhile before settling with the billers.

Is MOBIS the fastest way to pay the assessment tax? Just notice that today is the due date for it.

An account number is ONLY link to the said category as registered. Once the screen appeared and the details (property address, account number, amount payable) indicated are correct, then is suffice.

A bank savings account number can NEVER be a current account or a loan account or a fixed deposit account.

A traffic summon is paid based on NOMBOR KENDERAAN and NOT kereta, lori, motosikal etc.
