Hello guys, just wondering how come this Mobis app didn't update the latest payment detail after I pay for my 2021 year total amount of tax.

Because I don't always record down whether I have paid for 2021 or not, so this time I directly pay the total amount as Mobis show after key in my Kadar Taksiran account number.

After redirect me to the bank, I paid it and I try to check the bill statement for my account it is still showing the same amount that is payable.

HOW STUPID THIS MOBIS, WHAT A TOTAL FAILURE, ALL PAYMENT SHOULD ALWAYS UPDATE AFTER USER PAY IT, THIS CAN CAUSE USER DOUBLE PAY IT ISNT IT?

May I know how can I check if I have done paying twice? it could be.

Reason I ask why is because previously I pay via JomPay i think, I might pay it already but I go to mobis it show me total amount of 2021.

Can anyone answer my question? because I paid it on Mobis, and the amount still show unpaid and I am able to pay the same amount again. F*** DBKL u go die, you want money you make such a failure app go die all.
