Does anyone have problems paying DBKL assessment bill online? I have tried the following:

1) MyEG - error message "FAILED DUE TO TIADA PENETAPAN ACCOUNT MODULE & WEIGHTAGE" when I searched for my account (both old and new account numbers)
2) Maybank2U - says error with account number
3) JomPay - says that the Ref-1 is incorrect even though I follow exactly as stated on the bill
4) MOBIS app - says try again when I search for account.

Have been trying for the past 2 weeks already.
