Some gaming, movies and casual browsing. No preference on battery life since will always carry power adapter together. Not too heavy to bring around is fine.

Hello Sifus, sorry to bother, I need your help in suggesting a good gaming/work laptop please.

Usage : AutoCAD, office work (excel, ppt, word), browsing multiple tabs, multimedia, youtube and some mid-high spec gaming

Budget : around RM 7000

Ram : Min 8gb

Cooling : With good cooling system (If possible)

Solid Build around the hinges please. Had this problem once with Ienovo Laptop, never again.

Im lookin at Illegear Onyx Pro because of the freebies and 5% discount they currently have at the moment.

If you want solid build around hinges, might want to consider business laptops

No preferences on weight and battery life?

Thanks for the advice by Sifu. Mainly this laptop are use to edit my RAW image by using Lightroom and Photoshop. Occasionally some timelapse by usng Premiere Pro. Also buying this laptop is to attach my 27inch 4k monitor. I am not into gaming at all, just use it for my office work and watch movie. So these specs are more than sufficient i guess?? Anyway payment has been made, no turning back. LOL

Sorry foe the late reply.

In term of weight, I don't really have any preference. Cause its most probably would be carried from home to car to office at most and vice versa.

But I was hoping the battery could at least last about 4-5 hours when using AutoCAD without connecting to any power source.
Or maybe at least a few hours when gaming. 😬

Since this laptop I think would probably be my personal and work laptop but more to personal usage.

Thanks for the advice in advance again Sifu. 🙇‍♂️

4-5 hrs in light load is possible, but not in AutoCAD
