Why not Lenovo Thinkpad? It's reliable and sturdy. Anyway I am using Illegear Ionic Ryzen. So far everything is good. Except keyboard colour makes the backlight not that bright and keyboard is slightly bigger in size, need time to get used to it.

Thinkpad this series?

Your Illegear Ionic Ryzen using AMD ryzen 5 or 7?

Does upgrade from AMD ryzen 5 4600h to 7 4800h make any significant difference?

Mind elaborate what's so good about it? I've just googled that it is a processor by AMD. I'm kind of outdated from this industry as my last laptop purchased was 8 years ago.

What is my current options that is available now? Dont mind me asking why is lenovo so popular now? Most of the recommended laptops at first page are from lenovo and I saw the Lenovo Malaysia thread is so hot now.

Which modal do you think it’s better competitors to asus zenbook?

Do you mean Thinkpad AMD Ryzen 5000? Estimate how much does it cost and any ETA?

depends on what price range you referring

Thinkpad with Ryzen 4000, you can check in lenovo website, apply coupon for lower prices, wait time is long

In the midst of MCO, am working from home and new role at work require a new laptop,,

Basically, what I am looking for is:

- Good, sturdy workhorse for doing lots of PowerPoint Slides, Excel.
- Occasionally Video Editing
- Built-in Front Camera for Zoom
- Personal Gaming Machine for Steam (not groundbreaking graphic, just medium to high setting is fine)
- Good after-sales Support

Budget max 4k.

Can any sifu here recommend?

Currently looking at:
Dell G3 15 3500 Gaming Laptop (RM3799)

Thanks and stay safe all! innocent.gif
