IMO Sony dropped the ball this time with the horizontal placement design

looks ugly when placed horizontally, just look very out of place, feels like the drive was added on as an afterthought

Well the CEO confirmed the color will be white and black on launch. I think I might just wait for an all black version.

Agreed. dont like the look of it horizontally . will make it stand tall instead. it looks better that way.

new RE8 games will not be cross-gen play on ps4 and xbox one because of slow loading times,
i think many new PS5 games will not appear on current ps4 consoles because of slow loading times and weak CPU dan GPU.

Not a good idea under the table. The PS5 is going to be a hot system even in open air. Put it on the ground, tucked away in a corner of the table - you're asking for trouble.

Gathering dust easily some more. A few years sure overheat, need to clean up inside.

Some more if got cockroach infestation, PS4 become a nest for them lol.. Aiya so disgusting wey. I saw so many articles and video about it, such a nightmare

In the console reveal video, the angles avoided showing the right side of the console which is the bottom part.

Judging from the curvy shape of the casing, the console cannot be placed completely flat horizontally without a base since the top part of the console will be floating when placed horizontally.

So, it is unlikely the stand will be sold separately as this stand should be able to be used for both vertically and horizontally placement.
However, the Digital Edition's stand is lower and has less width to fit the console body compared to the disc based console in the reveal video.
So there should be 2 different type of stands specific to its respective console.

I'm thinking of skipping the launch edition since it's black and white.. The white design is nice, but probably would look yellowish long term. I kinda hate how dirty it might look. Hopefully when the new Spiderman game is out, there will be a black version with some red color.

Or....just get a PS5 from colorware with custom paint, or get a decal if buying on launch. Decisions decisions.....
