I supposed it can now play ultra HD 4K Blu-ray Disc? Since it comes with media remote control.

Besides, can the normal version with disc drive download digital version of games or each type can only either play by disc or by digital copy only?

Hi, I’m getting more confuse with the video spec of PS5 and even XBox Series X.

I wanna know is it my old tv (not even 4K) can plug and play PS5? Currently my tv works well with PS4...

No 8k disc that you can easily get out there yo.. People are just started to get used to the 4k disc though.

As long as got hdmi connection it can work. If ur old tv can play PS4 then ps5 should be no problem.

Yes, like what terryfu said as long as it has an HDMI connector. Resolution wise it will follow your TV's native resolution.

It doesn't "come" with media remote control.
That's is separately sold add-on accessory just like the PS2, PS3 & PS4.
Otherwise the controller charging station, camera & headphones also "come" with it.

I don't know why you ask such a strange question asking whether a console with an optical drive and large media storage capacity can download digital games.
Is your PS4 with the optical drive can only play disc games and not digital downloads ?

dude, its already stated the digital and the standard besides the optical drive everything remains the same.. common, how can a ps5 optical drive cant be downloading a game?? even a 10 year old ps3 can do that..my goshh...

again, both consoles play the same thing only the optical drive plays physical disc and the digital ONLY can download games..

Seems like most game is running at 4k/30fps. Onl tv with LFC can do VRR with ps5 but 1 thing i notice is even playing ps4 game i believe no vrr or gsync, i dont see any tearing. If i hook up pc to my tv, then i can see tearing. My tv is lg c9 tho

PS5 is almost as big as the CD-i, if you guys even know what that is. Even bigger than original Xbox.

Today I saw this game shop called Gamers Misi, opening pre-order for the PS5 at RM3k. Even if the it costed 600usd it would be only around RM2.6k. Sony knows better not to sell it at that price again. Will become like the original PS3, a disaster on launch

I'm hoping not more than 500usd tbh. Would be amazing if it is at 400usd on launch like the PS4.
