I didn't reject orders before. No idea how to reject when they haven't come to deliver.

Have rejected parcels before, just tell them you don't want to accept, usually they understand it's to refund or return it.

Auto refund depends on the item / system. The one I rejected needed to reach the KL warehouse again before the refund started processing. Other items I returned by myself to the drop off point automatically started the refund the moment I dropped it off and scanned in.

Were u able to withdraw your refund after afterwards? Cos I've read that u r unable to withdraw your refund from lazada wallet if its cancelled by yourself and not seller

Fortunately, I prefer to avoid using the wallet whenever possible Paid via CC usually so it's refunded back to it directly.

Lucky. I thought lazada wallet is similar to shopee can withdraw easily

Now LEX delivery damn slow parcel reach Penang macallum hub then need few days before I even see them unlike before they closed for sanitisation due to covid.

My all Lazada stuffs coming today.

Their staff wasnt infected with covid not even their contract workers according to someone who deliver one of my package. Person who got covid there was day worker a bangla.

I message them yesterday then today out for delivery LOL.
Got one reached guardhouse, waiting for another two parcels then collect altogether.

I am not in any hurry didn't buy expensive stuff these 7.7 couple 2in1 3in1 coffees (aik cheong cancelled some) and some 3m pen knife and cranberry tibbits for dad. They can take their sweet time.

Worst case if the product gonna expire soon.
Another parcel mention package arriving since 3pm.
Saw the tracking is further than before.

My package delivery attempt failed. At this rate it’s faster for me to go computer shop to buy them 7 days of waiting. Don’t know when they will attempt delivery again and it’s public holiday next week. Wow.

Really want to just tell them that I don’t want to accept the packages already.

Anyone else's voucher club vouchers not working?
It was fine yesterday, but I couldn't apply it today.

The normal vouchers work fine though.

This happen when you got too much platform vouchers...

huh, that's a weird glitch then.
doesn't help that all those store vouchers are categorized under platform vouchers to prevent stacking.

What voucher did you use? If gift card voucher, it can be revalidated after chatting with Lazada Customer service. If campaign/store voucher, then wasted.

New voucher for Shop Malaysia, 10%, min RM 1,500, max RM 300.
