Guys I've never received an incorrect order from Lazada before, until today. Bought two items on 7.7 from the same seller. One of the items (the cheaper one) was sent wrong.

What is the process here yea? Will seller send the correct one? Do I have to ship back? If yes, all items or just wrong items, since got two items in the order.

This is from Lazmall seller. On item page it says 15 days return.

However I can't do all this yet as Lazada system haven't update to show item is delivered.

I normally check for vouchers on round o’clock like 12, 10, 4 and 8 (if I remember open lazada). 1am means no luck for me then, LOL…

I think maybe your courier did not up date yet. after deliver you will have this button to return

I click return just now coz the seller send me an expired product

Depends on the seller. Maybe you can chat with the seller to discuss.

You can partial return the wrong item for partial refund.

My item got movement from there to Penang.

From Penang stuck till now.
