If the chat bot said that the cancellation is successful, then it is successful or I need to wait for confirmation from them the next day? Cause now it’s already after working hour also.

Hmmm, there’s 50% local voucher again for 14th till 16th, but I checked midnight just now isn’t shown then. Now it’s ran out, wondering what time does it refresh or release?
