Aliwangwang is a old client that rare update, so it will showing useless info.
So far I know only duplicate account on exploiting the new customer will getting ban, others will only blacklist like unable to join events to get red money.
Maybe the Aliwangwang anti-malware detected some unusual software running on your computer, and false alarm about it, but it should not result in account ban...

7-15 days, depend on purchasing on sale days and location of seller, can get up to 30 days.And nowadays you can cancel order while choosing as "Seller ask for cancel", so don't worry about that.
