Maybe the Aliwangwang anti-malware detected some unusual software running on your computer, and false alarm about it, but it should not result in account ban... hmm.gif

7-15 days, depend on purchasing on sale days and location of seller, can get up to 30 days.

And nowadays you can cancel order while choosing as "Seller ask for cancel", so don't worry about that. tongue.gif

I means login via Taobao Android/iOS Apps, normally it will showing a ban date, like ban until 2099 etc.

Ya, the same msg appear when sing in.

OK Later I install the app see how. I thought only aliexpress got such a freeze but seem the whole core is like that.

Does the seller has cancellation rate before or no star ratings?

as a china seller I think this rating is high enough right?

U cant directly email to them, u will get a robot reply and no actions taken.
U need to live chat wait them initiate email to u then u can reply that email.
