U can try just return the faulty item but refund might take abit time and more complicated.
Just select all items to return but only pack and return the faulty item. Monitor the progress if lucky they will just proceed to refund, if unlucky the pic will just simply pick 1 of the item for refund and that item could be lower value than faulty item, or consider lucky if picked higher value item for refund.
Or it will just no update until u live chat with them.

So if u willing to waste time live chat and more complicated refund just do it.
Other wise return all and order again. U lose the vouchers u used in both method.

If u mean item packaging as in u already opened and used the item then that is different story.
If already opened then u have to live chat and let them know if not ur return will be rejected.

Mostly ran out on midnight 3rd of May, haven't seen it being topped up at all since then. I don't think it'll be topped up anymore.

They should stagger the release from 3rd to 5th, rather than release it in one shot on the 3rd midnight.
